THE AMOUNT NOT THE ADJECTIVE

There are two kinds of agency and both are half an agency. Creative studios make beautiful work and cannot tell you what it did. Performance shops move numbers and produce work nobody would look at twice.

GrowthGrid is a creative agency with a measurement habit: branding, SEO, ads and reputation made to a studio standard, and every piece of it shipped with the number it was supposed to move and the number it actually moved.

Most agencies can't measure their own work properly, and the reason is structural rather than lazy: they don't own the system where anything happens. They are handed read-only access to somebody else's booking tool and an export that arrives late. Then they estimate.

We build the system. So the baseline isn't reconstructed, it's recorded. The review invitation isn't an integration, it's a feature. Attribution isn't modelled, it's a join. That is the sentence that wins the pitch, and it is what the offset in the logo is about.

Every creative deliverable leaves the building with a measurement plan attached. An identity ships with the metric it is meant to shift. A campaign ships with its holdout. A reputation programme ships with the rating it started at. Baseline, make, measure — including when it didn't move.
